Vandaag ligt het legendarische Issue 300 van G.I. Joe - A Real American Hero van Larry Hama in de winkel. Dit bijzondere moment, 300 delen onder leiding van Hama, is minstens zo bijzonder omdat de reeks van eerst Marvel en later IDW helaas tot een einde komt. Hoe het verder gaat? 🤷🏽♂️
Zoals we inmiddels gewens zijn van John Royle, heeft hij ook voor deze mijlpaal een Retail Incentive (RI) heeft mogen ontwerpen. Met de pencils van Jagdish Kumar en kleuren van James Offredi is het een team wat garant staat voor mooie covers. Daarom niet louter Issue 300, maar werken we terug naar Issue 295. En omdat het feest is, doen we 230, 240 en 290 er als bonus bij. 🥳

For fun here’s an Alt Colours version of my upcoming GI.Joe RAH cobra cover for issue 299. When working on the cover I was 50/50 if I wanted the background in full colours or all red tones so asked James to colour it fully with the option of then Switching to reds. When I saw @james_o3d fab full colours I thought let’s stay full colours But for fun we still did the red version to share with you, it’s a very close call as I do love the way it pops Cobra Commander but I overall like the full colours best with background textures. Hope you enjoy the alt peek.
