Custom: Transformers x G.I. Joe Sgt. Slaughter Optimus Prime

Via de website TFormers.com liep ik tegen een geweldig mooi custom project aan: Transformers x G.I. Joe Sgt. Slaughter Optimus Prime. Als het zo in de winkel had gelegen was het een mooie aanvulling op het assortiment geweest. Al met al een puik werk! Hieronder de Engelstalige tekst van de maker, Simon Smith, en de bijbehorende foto's:

Now that the pleasantries are out of the way, hehehe let me introduce you to a special commission for the G.I. Joe Sgt.Slaughter Optimus Prime.

Normally, I use Duke with this combo but Swiz E Sticks is a man that wanted to see what I could do with a Sgt. Slaughter design and color idea. I found art for Sgt. Slaughter but needed to Photoshop his outfit a little more to look like the action figure.

This came out pretty well and should be on a custom card Joe... hint, hint G.I. Joe card makers out there.

I used a lighter green then the normal G.I. Joe Prime to try and match Sgt. Slaughters hat. The trailer is two tone with a lighter brown on top to give it more depth and try and match the paints. Would have loved to do a camouflage on the trailer to really push it over the top but am not at that skill set just yet.
